Can I change/cancel my booking?
You can change your booking details by calling our 24×7 centralised reservation number 8080806816 up to 4 hours prior to the booking.
You can cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the booking date and time with no cancellation charges
What are the terms and conditions attached What are the cancellation charges and when are the cancellation charges applicable?to the rental cost?
Cancellations charges are applicable to all bookings which are cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the booking date and time. Cancellation charges will be levied as per the basic cost of the rental charges
Cancellation charges are applicable if there is a no show after the car has reported. In case of now show, cancellation charges will be levied as per the basic cost of the rental charges plus airport parking cost in case the pick up is from the airport.

Can I hire a tempo traveller or an AC coach from you for our group travel?
Yes we provide vehicles such as tempo traveller, AC deluxe coaches and Volvo’s for group travel
How will I make the payment?
Once the reservation and payment terms and conditions are confirmed, you can make the payment via our payment link, paytm also facility to pay in cash is available on request
Will I get a bill?
You will receive a bill post usage of the vehicle from our team via email.
Why is there a difference in estimate amount and bill amount?
We only provide you an estimate for your usage based on the brief, however you are billed as per actual usage.
What are the terms and conditions on renting a vehicle?
We will require KYC documents of the payer and passenger in order to confirm the booking. We will require booking amount of the basic cost before the start of the trip. The extras, in case if any, will be settled on completion of the trip

We will make sure you get a replacement car in case the car breaks down or any such unforeseen circumstances.

My CEO of the company needs a car on lease, do you have such services?
Yes. We provide Corolla altis and above category in sedan and Innova crysta and above category in SUV for long term lease.
The lease agreement should be of a minimum 1 year, depending on class and category of vehicle.
Is your fleet of vehicles good quality?
Our fleet are not more than 3 years old and are very well maintained. We have a dedicated fleet management team for the same.
